Kelsey was incredible to work with throughout our entire home-buying process. From the start, she was very responsive and organized. Her expertise and the knowledge she shared with us was so helpful to us as first-time buyers. She was very flexible and made it easy to set-up showings for us whenever we could visit from out-of-town. Her attention to detail and timeliness helped us feel at ease when putting in an offer. She continued to help and provided advice throughout the inspection and negotiation periods and her honesty was very much appreciated during that time. Once we were under contract on a new construction home, Kelsey ensured that we were consistently updated on construction progress/timeline, when each phase of construction was completed, and she regularly stopped by the home to ensure our design selections/upgrades were correctly installed. Kelsey communicated with the seller and builder for us when needed and always had our interests in mind. At closing, she even went above and beyond with a welcome basket for our new home and a plant for our home. Her search engine kept us updated on new listings timely so we didn't miss out on homes we may have wanted to see.  She asked the questions we didn’t know to ask to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted & negotiated professionally upon receipt of inspections. Kelsey proved extremely valuable to our home search. Her local knowledge of homes and markets was top notch. As well, Her availability and flexibility in scheduling made us feel she was working only for us, and we felt we were important to her. Additionally, she drove out of town to show remote locations on short notice to accommodate our schedules. Just can’t say enough good things. Communication with her was great. OCC Group was an absolute dream to work with throughout the process of selling our home in the Athens Chicopee-Dudley area. All the members of the team are extremely warm and professional. Kelsey is so well-versed with the ins and outs of the entire process and was truly able to provide helpful strategic insight in terms of how to list, when to list, and what price to list our house for at the time. My husband and I were dealing with a toddler, a newborn, a new job, and the prospect of an extremely stressful move out of state. OCC Group helped take a lot of the stress and tedious work of selling our home off of our plate and made the whole process much more manageable for us. I am also extremely confident that hiring OCC Group helped us to get the best price possible for our house because of her local contacts, groundwork, and strategy. As a first time homebuyer I was very nervous about the process and didn't know what it would all entail. If you are someone similar, or even somebody who has been a homeowner for many years, I can attest there isn't a better agent or trustworthy person to have on your side than Kelsey Woodard. My fears about going through this process alone were quickly put to rest when I was introduced to Kelsey, because I could tell it would be a team effort from that point on. Kelsey knew the right questions to ask in order to determine what kind of home I was looking for. She proceeded to start sending listings over that fit what I was looking for and also took the time to visit these places around my busy schedule. Kelsey was very understanding and respectful of my budget, and never sent a listing that was outside of my price range. She always provided her honest feedback and opinion on places that I considered purchasing. The housing market is very hot right now which required us to act quickly. When it came time to make an offer she explained how the process would work and what I needed to do. After the offer was accepted, Kelsey continued to provide support and her expertise until I signed the final closing documents. Top shelf service and great knowledge of the investment market.  I am looking forward to purchasing another investment property with her in the near future.  Having the property management company, Iron Horse, as a sister company gives me great peace of mind when looking at purchasing and then renting a piece of property with a nice return on my investment. Kelsey made the home-buying process such a great experience! She knows the area well, was able to explain everything to me, and gave great advice. She is very responsive and is willing to work with you schedule. The house I bought needed strategic thinking and quick action to make the right offer, and Kelsey walked me through it. I have already recommended her to many and they have loved working with her as well!
